RETURNS
We want all of our witches to feel their best in our styles so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for your return. Please carefully review the following return terms & conditions to ensure a prompt and accurate processing of your return;
Eligible returns are to be sent back within 30 days from the date of delivery and can be returned for item refund, store credit or exchanged for another item.
Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.
Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. They must also be free from any markings, makeup, self-tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, and laundry detergent.
A full refund for items and postage will be issued for item(s) that are faulty or not as ordered, please contact The Witchy and we will help you with this process.
Being a small business we do require you to pay for your returns shipping if your item is not faulty.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Witchy.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your item(s) have shipped! Once shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order but The Witchy team will do our best to help you return your item or exchange it for something you are melting for.
